outsourcing video
I think that my video should show some of the countries where outsourcing is most commom. I want people to see how tedious and demanding outsourced jobs can be. I want people to realize that many american jobs are being shipped out to different countries because of the lower wages, and desperate workers. I also want to show a few graphs and tables on outsourcing statistics because many people have a hard time interpre4ting information, and the graphs will enlighten them. I also would like to interview an individual from a company that outsources to other countries to find out why they do it, if they think it is wrong, and how it has impacted their business. I think that this will portray outsourcing the best way for people to understand

what i learned in class today.
today i learned that more countries that i thought are used for outsourcing. India ( as expected ) is the number one country we outsource to. The one that surprised me the most is that china was ranked numbher 9 on the list of best countries to outsource to. I thought that china would be in the top three because china is the stereotypical country we think of when we think of outsourcing. malaysia, phillipines, indonesia, and jordan were not far behind india in the top 5. These countries are the best because they have a low cost of operation, have good resources in their country, and have a city like environment with many buildings and businesses.

12345678890-
today I learned the problems that outsourcing causes. When companies move to other countries to do their work, they may not have complete control over their workers because their society is different than ours, and may havwe trouble understanding their language. When you cant understand the others language, they can all come together and strike against you, and you will have no idea what is going on because they speak a language incomprehensible to us.
Also a problem with outsourcing, it could put many factory workers in one area out of jobs. This can effect their region tramatically because many people in that one confined area will be out of work So in a small town, other businesse3s will also suffer due to the lack of funds of the community. Their sales will go down, and the economy of the region which was deprived of factory jobs, will just continue to get worse and worse.

outsourcing
companies outsource to other countries because the wages are cheaper there, and they can afford to make more products than in america. Workers in america make more money than people in china , or mexico, and the mexicans and chinese work harder.
Although outsourcing is cutting costs for corporations, it hurts the united states economy. Outsourcing imporves other countries with the workers economy. With all the jobs being sent oversees, there are not enough jobs for americans, and causes some people to be out of work

internet then and now.
Internet has changed dramatically in the past 15 years, internet used to be expensive and only the richer people could afford it, but now it is extremely rare for a household not to have internet access. The internet we know now used to be extremely basic, and did not have nearly as many designs as the new web pages now have, and they also took a lot more time to load because broadband was not around. However, this was not a big deal at the time because people mostly used the internet for research and work purposes, while now it is used mainly for communication and online games. Internet explorer was the main browser in 96, but now we use google chrome, or mozilla firefox most of the time. Even though we didnt have myspace or facebook in the 90s, there was still email or instant messaging in 1996, which was the prefered communication.
